Cheese-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon Jell-O mix
1 small can pineapple
1 c. pecans
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Make lemon Jell-O according to directions on package.
Allow to set until it becomes syrupy.
Add the pineapple, pecans, whipped cream and grated Velveeta cheese.
This is a filling salad and can be used as a dessert.
