Buttermilk Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour; add beaten eggs. Add buttermilk, melted margarine and flavoring. Cook in double boiler until thick. Pour into cooked pie shell and cool.
