Chuck Roast Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    2 green peppers, chopped fine
    2 carrots, chopped fine
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves
    shredded roast
Preparation
    Simmer, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
