Our Best Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. chicken, cut in chunks
1/2 c. celery, cut on the bias (it makes a difference)
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light cream
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. slivered almonds (original recipe; walnuts, pecans or a mixture of walnuts and pecans)
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
Preparation

Mix together.
May need to use more or less mayonnaise and light cream, depending on the moisture in the chicken.
Garnish with deviled eggs, stuffed celery, pineapple chunks, etc.
