Taboolch (Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bargul (ground wheat)
2 large bunches parsley
1/2 bunch mint
2 medium size tomatoes
2 lemons (juice)
1/2 c. olive oil
1 onion
Preparation

Soak Bargul in water for 30 minutes.
Chop onion, parsley, mint leaves and tomatoes very fine.
Add Bargul (after you have removed water from it), lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well and serve on fresh lettuce leaves.
