Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-5 pieces of cubed steak
1 pkg. frozen niblet corn
1 pkg. of cut okra (or fresh)
1 can of Lesueur English peas
1 small pkg. baby lima beans
1 med. to large onion chopped
1 can of tomatoes chopped
1 can tomato sauce
4-5 potatoes cut up
Add ketchup for body
vegetable oil
Preparation

In stock pot, pour enough oil to cover bottom, then brown cubed steak.
Add remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with water.
Simmer for 2-3 hours.
May increase or decrease amounts depending on number to eat.
Great with corn muffins.
