Company Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes (undrained)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. basil
    4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 (12 oz.) cartons cream-style cottage cheese or Ricotta
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well.
    Add garlic, parsley, basil, tomato paste and tomatoes.
    Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Combine eggs, cottage cheese, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir well.
    Spread 1/2 cup meat mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Layer noodles, cheese mixture, Mozzarella and meat sauce.
    Repeat as desired.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
