Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    grated peel of 1 orange (approximately 2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    Beat butter until fluffy.
    Gradually add peel and sugar.
    Add egg yolks to butter mixture.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients to butter mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.
    Pour batter into an 8-inch greased and floured round cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
