Deep Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Cook chicken pieces 20 minutes in water with 2 tablespoons salt and 2 onions, each cut into 4 wedges.
Wet chicken in 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg.
Let drip.
Roll in flour mixture; fry in oil about 15 minutes until golden brown.
