Tropical Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (2 1/2 c.)
1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping mix (Dream Whip)
Preparation

Mix crumbs and butter, reserving 2 tablespoons.
Press on bottom of 8-inch round or square cake pan.
Chill.
Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Stir in pineapple. Prepare topping acccording to package directions; fold into pineapple mixture.
Spread over crust.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Chill well.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
