Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugars; add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
    Mix in flour and baking soda.
    Let dough stand 15 minutes.
    Roll into walnut size balls, placing them 3 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
    With plastic fork, flatten dough in a crisscross fashion 3 to 4 inches in diameter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until browned.
    Let cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
