Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw carrot, grated
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and beat until combined. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into floured cake pan 9 x 13 and bake 40-45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
