Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork spareribs
    1 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In large saucepan of boiling water, simmer ribs about 5 minutes to remove excess fat.
    Drain.
    In shallow baking dish, combine remaining ingredients.
    Add ribs and marinate 2 to 3 hours.
