Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 or 2 Tbsp. milk (if needed)
Preparation
    Beat cheese, margarine and vanilla.
    Gradually beat in powdered sugar.
    If too stiff to spread, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk. Use to frost cooled Carrot Cake (included in this cookbook).
