Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and vanilla until well blended.
    Add zucchini. Beat until blended.
    Add all dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add nuts. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes (loaves) or bake muffins 30 minutes.
