Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. canned or mashed, cooked pumpkin
1 c. apple butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3) evaporated milk
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Thoroughly combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Blend in eggs, evaporated milk and milk.
Turn into an unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
Cool.
Top each serving with a spoonful of softened vanilla ice cream.
