Cocoa Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix and sift cocoa, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add unbeaten egg yolks with milk and stir well.
Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove from fire.
Add vanilla and pour into baked pie crust.
