Ingredients

4 lb. rind, cut in cubes
1 (1 oz.) stick cinnamon
1 oz. whole allspice
6 whole cloves
2 lb. brown sugar
3/4 pt. cider vinegar
Preparation

Tie spices in bag.
Boil them with vinegar and sugar for 15 minutes; add rind and cook until tender.
Fill hot sterilized jars and seal.
