Pennsylvania Chicken Noodle Soup(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 large chicken breast, skinned (1/2 lb.)
    1 qt. chicken broth (canned or homemade)
    4 oz. noodles (narrow, wide or Dutch)
    1 c. corn (frozen or canned)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 carrot, finely chopped
Preparation
    In
    a microsafe 3 quart casserole, combine the butter, celery, carrot and onion.
    Microwave at High for 3 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
    Place the chicken breast on top of the vegetables and cover.
    Microwave at High for 6 to 7 minutes until the chicken is done.
