Texas Style Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. ground beef
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    3 medium onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can (28 oz.) chopped tomatoes (undrained)
    3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, (drained)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, sausage, onion, and garlic in a Dutch oven.
    Cook until meat is brown, stirring to crumble meat.
    Drain. Stir in next 6 ingredients and cover.
    Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add kidney beans and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
    Serves 8 - 10.
