Lobster Spread Or Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. crumbled Roquefort or Blue cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 clove garlic, mashed
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lobster or 1 c. fresh or frozen lobster meat
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Into the cream cheese, beat the Roquefort cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion, lemon juice and water.
    Stir in lobster meat and its juice (if canned meat is used), breaking up the larger pieces. If you use fresh lobster, you may wish to thin the mixture slightly with cream.
    Pile into a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Could be put into an empty lobster shell.
    Makes about 2 cups.
