Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
3 beaten eggs or Egg Beaters
3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
3 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. tomato juice or V-8
Preparation

Mix well, except turkey, and let stand for a few minutes to absorb liquid.
Add turkey and mix well.
In a medium size casserole, form into a ring and spread sauce over top.
Cover and bake in microwave on High setting 11 to 15 minutes, depending on size of casserole, variations in microwaves, etc.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
