Ingredients

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 lb. chocolate Oreos
Preparation

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add milk and pudding mix.
Mix.
Add Cool Whip.
Set aside.
Crush Oreos to fine crumbs.
Place half the crumbs on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour in pudding mixture.
Cover with remaining crumbs.
Set overnight in refrigerator.
