Peach Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
    1/4 c. red raspberry preserves
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing well until well blended.
    Spread onto bottom of crust.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
