Chicken Provincial Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red bell pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    1 onion, minced
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    3 boneless chicken breast
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 small jar spaghetti sauce
    5 or 6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
    Slice bell peppers in rings and cut into bite-size pieces; set aside.\tChop onion fine; set aside.
    Cut chicken breasts in bite-size pieces.
    Saut chicken in small amount of olive oil. Add red and green peppers and onion in skillet and saut.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, wine and olives.\tSimmer for 20 minutes.\tAdd spaghetti sauce and simmer another 20 minutes.
