Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 prepared tortillas
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chili (without beans)
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded American cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation

Bake tortillas on ungreased griddle about 1 minute on each side. Keep warm in a damp towel.
Mix 1 can of chili, 2 tablespoons onions and 1 cup of the cheese.
Spoon about 1/3 cup of the chili mixture on center of each tortilla.
Roll up.
Place seam side down in ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches.
Spoon remaining chili over tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese.
Bake 20 minutes until cheese is melted in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
