Hot Instant Milk Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 qt.) box instant nonfat dry milk
    1 lb. box instant cocoa
    1 (6 oz.) jar Coffee-mate
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together alternately in a large bowl or pan and store in airtight containers.
    Use about 1/3 cup (or to taste) to 1 cup of boiling water.
    May top with a marshmallow.
