Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1/2 c. uncooked converted rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced yellow onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 soup can of water
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix together beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion in large bowl. Shape into 2-inch balls. Mix tomato soup, water and ketchup in medium-sized heavy kettle or saucepan. Simmer over medium heat. Add meat balls. Adjust heat so mixture bubbles very gently. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until cooked through.
