Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    6 thin onion slices
    6 green pepper rings
    6 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    3 celery sticks, diced
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides; season with salt and pepper.
    Place in a large baking dish.
    On top of each chop, place a slice of onion, pepper rings, rice and celery.
    Pour tomatoes over chops. Bake, covered, at 300\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Watch to see if additional tomato juice needs to be added.
