Hummus(Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. garbanzo beans
1/2 c. tathini paste
1/3 c. warm water
1/3 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped parsley
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Drain can of garbanzo beans.
Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend thoroughly!
Serve with pita bread wedges or crackers.
