Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up (for frying)
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces into mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Melt butter in a shallow baking pan in a hot oven (400\u00b0).
    Remove from oven as pieces of floured chicken are placed in pan.
    Turn to coat with butter.
    Then bake with skin side down in a single layer for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake another 30 minutes or until tender.
