Philadelphia Steak Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) round loaf French or Italian bread
    4 to 6 Minute steaks
    4 to 6 slices Provolone cheese
    pizza sauce
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut up steak and saute in olive oil until pink.
    Cut off top of bread and scoop out insides.
    Place sauteed steak in loaf. Pour in enough pizza sauce to cover.
    Place cheese on top of sauce.
    Meanwhile, saute onion in steak pan.
    Put loaf under broiler to melt cheese.
    Add onion and peppers.
    Put top back on loaf and cut in half or quarters to serve.
