Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Heat to lukewarm:
cottage cheese, sugar and butter.
Combine softened yeast, cottage cheese, sugar, butter, salt, soda and egg.
Add flour to form a stiff dough. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size.
Stir dough down; turn into well-greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Let rise in a warm place.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter.
