Chicken-Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 (10 oz.) can chunky chicken soup
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can mushrooms
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    oregano, salt, pepper and Jarlsberg cheese to taste
Preparation
    Puncture a 9-inch pie shell and cook for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Add mixture and bake 1 hour or (1 hour and 15 minutes) and let sit 15 minutes before serving.
