Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 c. milk
    1 c. stock or vegetable water
    3/4 to 1 c. cooked minced vegetables (mostly potatoes with some carrots and celery)
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onion for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour, salt and paprika.
    Stir in milk and stock and heat to boiling point, stirring frequently.
    Soup will thicken and add vegetables. Serves 4.
