Shrimp And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Combine the ingredients and toss lightly.
Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges.
Serve with French dressing.
