Salmon Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine or orange juice
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 lb. salmon fillets
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, wine, brown sugar and ginger in shallow non-metal dish.
    Add salmon, turning several times to coat with marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning once.
