Jalapeno Bars - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) jar jalapenos, drained
2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Place sliced jalapenos on bottom of the pan.
Layer the Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
Beat the eggs and pour over the cheese layers.
Top with sliced Muenster cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Let cool, then cut into squares.
Blot up oil with paper towel before serving.
