Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small grated onion
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice and boil squash in salt water for 10 minutes.
    Drain. Mash and mix with other ingredients.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake in a greased casserole dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for at least 30 minutes or until golden brown.
