Beef Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate. Remove once a day for 3 days and knead well for 5 minutes.
    On the 4th day, divide mixture into 6 equal rolls or logs.
    Lay on rack in broiler pan or drip pan.
    Bake 9 hours at 160\u00b0.
    Turn over in about 4 1/2 hours.
    At 9th hour, wrap in paper towels to remove grease.
    Wrap each roll in Handi-Wrap or freezer wrap. Refrigerate or freeze or eat now.
    These keep well or great snacks.
