Sour Cream Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. water
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook first four ingredients in large pot until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add next three ingredients and bring to simmer.
    Combine sour cream and flour; add to soup.
    Stir until thickened.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
