Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box large shells
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add salt and pepper.
    Cook box of shells as package states.
    Drain ground beef and add egg, bread crumbs and cheeses (use only 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese).
    Place shells stuffed side down in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce on shells and other 1/2 package of Mozzarella cheese on top of sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
