Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow squash, sliced
    onions, sliced
    tomatoes, sliced
    sweet pepper, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a glass baking dish, layer vegetables, repeating layers once.
    Add oil and water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on High for 20 minutes.
    Rotate dish every 5 minutes.
