Susie'S Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground steak or beef
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can onion soup
1 can tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and broth
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
Preparation

Brown the first 3 ingredients together.
Stir in flour.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook 8 ounces Mueller's Klop noodles and drain.
Combine all together, saving almost half of the grated cheese for top.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Then remove cover and add remaining cheese; bake 10 minutes longer.
