Tofu Dip Or Sandwich Spread(High Protein Health Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. tofu
    6 Tbsp. green olives with pimento stuffing
    1/4 c. pecans
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender.
    Keeps well under refrigeration.
    Delicious on crackers or as a sandwich filling.
