Critter'S Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bittersweet chocolate, melted
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. egg yolks
    1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/2 c. cherry brandy or Bailey's Irish Cream
    1 c. egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    First melt the chocolate.
    In a bowl mix the butter, egg yolks and instant coffee.
    In another bowl, mix cherry brandy or Bailey's Irish Cream, egg whites, salt and powdered sugar.
    Mix the second bowl into the first bowl, then fold into the melted chocolate.
    In a cold metal bowl, beat the whipping cream until thick.
    Mix the whipping cream into the chocolate.
    Place mixture into a cake tin. Chill for a day before serving.
    Yields 2 cakes.
