Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken stock
2 pkg. chicken stuffing mix
2 c. chicken stock
1 c. melted butter
Preparation

After cooking chicken, reserve 2 1/2 cups of stock to be used later.
Mix together the chicken, celery, celery soup, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, onion, chicken soup and 1/2 cup chicken stock and put into greased 13 x 9-inch baker.
Next, combine the stuffing mix, 2 cups chicken stock and 1 cup melted butter together.
Spoon over chicken mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bring to room temperature and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
Remove foil after the first 15 minutes.
