Zesty Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 orange, sliced or 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 (6 oz.) box frozen snow pea pods, thawed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 to 3 oz.) pkg. almond slivers
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    corn oil
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine chicken, soy sauce, sherry, marmalade, cornstarch, ginger and red pepper flakes.
    Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Cook pea pods with salt in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Drain and keep warm.
