Potato Pudding Or "Kugelis" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    5 slices bacon
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. hot milk or evaporated milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Peel and grate fine
    the potatoes and onion.
    Cut bacon crosswise into narrow strips
    and fry until crisp.\tPour bacon and fat over potatoes.\tAdd hot milk.
    Add beaten eggs, one at a time. Add salt and
    pepper;
    mix
    well.\tPour
    into greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for
    15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0, bake 45 minutes longer.
    Cut into
    squares\tand serve hot with sour cream.
