1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 can Borden sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
6 Heath candy bars
Preparation

Bake cake according to the package directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
Take out of oven and poke holes in the cake with a wooden spoon.
Do not poke holes all the way through. Pour sweetened condensed milk over holes while cake is hot.
Do not let milk seep down the sides of the cake or pan.
Let cool and then pour the ice cream topping over the holes and top of cake. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath candy bars. Refrigerate.
